Entercom Austin is hiring a part-time Production Assistant.  The hours for this position are 2pm–6pm, Monday through Friday and are subject to change.  The right candidate will be available to work flexible hours during vacation time & holidays for full-time employees.

The Production Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Dubbing commercials and tags
  • Voicing & producing commercials for all three Entercom Austin stations
  • Being of service to clients, sales managers and sales staff in regards to production
  • Tracking down commercials that are missing from spot archive
  • Coordinating with sales staff  to solve problems involving Production Orders
  • Assisting the traffic department in the pursuit of missing commercials that air the next day
  • Checking espots email and online websites for commercials needing to be downloaded into the system
  • Working ahead to complete Production Orders in a timely manner

The Production Assistant is a representative of the Production Department and should possess a positive attitude on a daily basis.  All interaction with the staff and clients should be respectful and professional.
