Everything Creates a Spark - that soggy bowl of cereal that has been in your sink for a week, the gas station that you go to, because it has the cheapest gas, brushing away the plaque from your teeth in the morning, removing the hair from the bottom of your shower drain, reciting the bunny ear rhyme when you tie your tennis shoe, adding cream and sugar to your coffee the morning after, the luxury car that cut you off on the way home from work, taking your dog for a walk at three in the morning,that song that always plays when your ipod is on random.

Design in the Fast Lane is a regional student, young designer and educator conference hosted by AIGA Houston, Austin, and Dallas. the goal of this event is to give students and young professionals valuable "real insight" into the creative business and expose them to the many career opportunities within the world of design.
