Austin Designer Meetup  

Every month we see some familiar faces and some new faces. The Designer Meetup is a casual meeting for designers to get together and share ideas, tools, interesting websites, and anything and everything under the sun. A lot of the designers bring their laptops and share links and after every meeting I (and others) post a summary that includes links and interesting highlights from the discussions on our message board.

Come hang out in a relaxed atmosphere at the Halcyon bar and lounge on 4th St. Have a drink or two and enjoy the opportunity to mix with your peers. This event is open to all comers so feel free to bring your non-designer friends.

Halcyon serves drinks, coffee, and has wi-fi and has a $2 Happy Hour on Domestic beers from 7-9 on Tuesdays, which just happens to be the day we meet on.
