AIGA Austin Fellow Award Nominations  

Vote now. Select the first recipient of the AIGA Fellow Award for Austin by e-mailing the nomination form to our Volunteer Director by the deadline. The Fellow Nomination Committee will then select a slate of qualified nominees. The final recipient will be selected from the slate of nominees by the board on May 1.

The Fellow program is a means of recognizing mature designers who have made a significant contribution to raising the standards of excellence in practice and conduct within their local or regional design community as well as in their local AIGA chapter. The areas of education, writing, leadership, and reputation as well as the practice of design shall be given equal consideration in measuring significant contribution.

Nominees should fulfill the following guidelines:

• A practitioner and/or educator with more than fifteen years experience in the profession;
• A member in good standing;
• Making or have made a significant contribution to AIGA;
• Making or have made a positive impact within their local or regional design community;
• Advancing or have advanced excellence in graphic design as a discipline, profession, and cultural force.
