One of the most specialized jobs in Hollywood is that of the title designer. He or she must distill the essence of the mood, create excitement, match the visual style of the director and foreshadow the themes of the story. When it's done well it contributes hugely to the impact of a film. Kyle Cooper does it very well. His title sequences for the SPIDERMAN movies, SUPERMAN RETURNS, SE7EN and many more have made him one of the most respected title designers of his or any era. He will be joining us for an evening of true film-buff nirvana as he presents some of his title sequences and talks about the techniques and philosophy behind them. We hope you are as fascinated by his craft as we are. This is a one-of-a-kind event that you will remember every time you watch a title sequence.
