Small Talks is a forum for Austin’s creative community to share and exchange ethical and practical discussion relevant to the local design industry.

About Door Number 3
What makes us different from any other agency? We figure it's no one thing but, rather, a combination of many: Our people, account experience, relentless passion for creating and maintaining brand momentum, and proven track record of giving clients a return on investment that far exceeds what they signed up for. So, start at www.dn3austin.com and click through. Short of a visit to our Austin offices, it's the best way to begin understanding what sets Door Number 3 apart. And, more importantly, how we can help you define and surpass your marketing goals.

About Misprint Magazine
What makes us different from any other 'zine? We figure it's because we're lame. But more than likely it's our combination of esoteric non sequitors, pro-bearded commentary, hatred of bad typography and overall contempt of the things we cherish in Austin that makes folks either love or hate us. We have a proven track record of existing for over a year, which is about 11 months longer than most local 'zines. Check out www.misprintmagazine.com, our non-user-friendly online base, to see what sets us apart from better-designed, better-funded publications.

Prentice Howe, Creative Director, Door Number 3
Prentice manages the creative department and the development of client campaigns. Though a San Antonian at heart, Prentice comes to Door Number 3 from California where, most recently, he worked as Senior Copywriter at Ignited Minds of Marina del Rey. Past account experience includes Anheuser-Busch, Petmate, Sony Playstation and Loyola Marymount University Athletics. His work has received numerous industry awards and is routinely featured in both national and international industry publications. While living in Los Angeles, Prentice co-authored four screenplays and a children's animated series. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA in Advertising, completing Temerlin Advertising Institute's portfolio program.

Bryan Keplesky, Art Director, Door Number 3
Bryan has his hands in all parts of the creative department, including design, art direction and production. He came to Austin by way of Richmond, Virginia where he graduated with a degree in Communication Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. His work has been recognized by the ADDYs, International Summit Awards, Print Magazine and the Side Bar. Bryan also operates as Chadwick Pennyrich III, his nom de guerre at Misprint Magazine where he is creative director and co-writer. Misprint has been proclaimed the best local 'zine by both The Austin Chronicle and The Austin American Statesman. People in Seattle seem to hate it though.
