Access U 2006  Accessible Web Design Conference

The fourth annual technology accessibility training program, Access U 2006, is right around the corner! This program provides two days of hands-on training to web professionals across the nation on how to make websites more accessible to people with disabilities. This two-day training conference will:

• provide introductory and advanced courses in accessible web design,
• discuss the new Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0,
• offer tips to meet web accessibility mandates Section 508 and Texas HB 2819, and
• include hands-on practice in computer labs.

Knowbility, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, hosts Access U 2006. Knowbility was founded in 1999 to help ensure that children and adults with disabilities have accessible technology.
