Jeff Mendelsohn founded New Leaf paper in 1998 with a vision to create a new standard for environmental papers and inspire a fundamental shift toward sustainability in the paper industry.
He will present his vision for sustainable paper industry. The objective is to manifest a redesign of paper manufacturing and distribution to embody the principles and practices of sustainability. In this way, sustainability becomes the natural result of “business as usual,” thus creating new economic paradigm.
Jeff will offer a deeper understanding of the big picture from mill design to responsible forestry so that participants come away with a deeper understanding of the big picture and an awareness of the role they can take in advancing the move towards sustainable paper.
Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres served.
