Plastic Fantastic! with Judy Schulz  An AIGA Austin Hands-on Workshop

Learn two ways to transfer your own imagery onto polymer clay! (This easy-to-use clay will cure in your own home oven.) We'll learn how to create oil-based etching and a photocopy transfer process using an “easily obtained” transfer liquid. We will also simulate worn surfaces and create flat or hollow artifacts using your own images or our surplus of off-beat imagery, all ready for you to create your plastic masterpiece. You can create a necklace or key fob. All materials for the class are provided.
