Since 1955, Doyald Young has specialized in the design of logotypes, corporate alphabets and typefaces. Clients include Mattel Toys, Max Factor and Vidal Sassoon. Recently he completed the redesign of Prudential Insurance Company of America's logotype and corporate font.

An associate of International Design Associates of Japan, Mr. Young has designed logotypes for over a dozen hotels, restaurants and bars. Other credits include: Liza Minnelli and Frank Sinatra TV Specials and Disney's 30th Anniversary Celebration. Mr. Young has done identity work for Harry Connick Jr., k.d. lang, Bette Midler, Prince, The Grammy Awards, The Academy of Country Music Awards and The Golden Globe Awards.
