Lecture: Alicia Johnson  

Alicia Johnson is co-creative director and president of the brand marketing firm Johnson + Wolverton. The firm's extensive client list includes Amnesty International, HBO, The Sundance Channel, AT&T and Nike, as well as Miller Genuine Draft, Coke, Pepsi, The Democratic National Committee, The White House and the block party committee of their neighborhood association. Alicia's work has been published in the annual design reviews of The 100 Show, The Society of Publication Designers, Broadcast Design Annual Reviews, The Type Directors Club, Communications Arts and the AIGA Annual. In addition, the firm was formally recognized by I.D. Magazine as a design innovator. The project dearest to Alicia's heart at the moment is "Rothenburg," a film project she hopes to begin shooting soon. Alicia lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband, Hal Wolverton, and their dog, Emit.
