His sublime dogginess, St. Chihuahua, the patron saint of designers requests your presence for an evening of charity and judgment at this year's Top Dog Awards. This howling good time gives guests the chance to vote on their favorite designs (from packaging to annual reports to websites) while benefiting a fabulous cause--the AIGA Austin Scholarship Fund.
